Vista Las Palmas was the ‘lead’ sponsor of the PS Walk of Stars’ star honoring the Alexander family and their contribution to Palm Springs. The Alexander’s are responsible for building several developments in the Palm Springs area in the late '50s and early '60s including Vista Las Palmas. The Alexander's were not just successful home builders, they were also an integral part of the social and charitable community of Palm Springs. They put our city on the map.
The Alexander family star is located in front of the Palm Springs Art Museum Architecture & Design Center on the corner of N Palm Canyon and Baristo.
