Assignment of Board Member Roles for 2021
Board discussed responsibilities Member Roles for Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary
Incoming members said they would prefer to see how those roles play out in their first year before committing to any of those roles.
Scott volunteered for the Treasurer position and in turn Kevin for the Chair position. Given that Kevin is working on the State Tax Filing catch-up, Board agreed to have Kevin continue through completion of this task. Board positions to be re-evaluated once we are caught up with Federal & State Filings.
