Thursday, March 11th meeting was held virtually via MSTeams due to COVID-19 

Review/Approve Minutes from Feb 11th Board mtg 

  • Board reviewed and approved minutes from the February 11th, 2021 Board Mtg

  • Agreed that we will wait until the launch of the new website to post December, January and February Board Meeting minutes on-line

RECAP / NOTES from February Meeting

  • OPEN: Publish minutes from December and January meetings on the VLPNO website Publish minutes from December & January meetings on the VLPNO website (On-Hold)

  • OPEN: Kevin to renew VLP Annual Neighborhood Insurance Policy Premium due in March

  • OPEN: Kevin to work with GBQ to submit missing filings to the State of CA

  • COMPLETE: Kevin to reach out to OLP again and LT to bring them on-board to our approach to The Agave

  • OPEN: Kevin to reach out to City Council to get an update on The Agave project

  • OPEN: Identify Modernism Week 2022 VLPNO Home Tour Co-Captain

  • COMPLETE: Kermit to kick off Block Ambassador project

  • COMPLETE: Scott to finalize VLPNO Website Development Agreement with Caitlin and begin

  • COMPLETE: Scott, Steve, Patsy, Gustav, Kermit and Rick to have follow-up call of new Communication Committee to review Caitlin’s Questions Galore email on VLPNO approach, mood and theme for the website. Kermit to affinitize everyone’s responses in order to give Caitlin categorized and summarized responses. Scott to prepare Time & Action plan for the project. Schedule weekly update calls with Caitlin.

  • COMPLETE: Kermit to send out Calendar Invite to the Board along with a MSTeams meeting invite for March 11th Board Meeting

Treasurer’s Report

  • Kevin sent February via email prior to the meeting and gave the following update:

  • February reporting included

    • Account Reconciliation

    • Income Statement

    • Chase Bank Statement

  • Not much activity in the month of February

  • VLPNO Federal Tax Filings: Submitted to Fed IRS

  • VLPNO CA Tax Filings: Awaiting letter from GBQ CPA that will be submitted to the State of California

  • Kermit reminded the Board that the VLP Neighborhood Annual Insurance Policy premium is due in March.
