    Thursday, July 15th meeting was held virtually via MSTeams due to COVID-19 

    Review/Approve Minutes from June 10th Board meeting  

    • June Board meeting minutes not issued. Will be issued for the August meeting.

    • Agreed that we will wait until the launch of the new website to post December, January, February, March, April, May as well as the May Fundraising workshop minutes on-line

    RECAP / NOTES from June Meeting - ACTION ITEMS:

    • OPEN: Publish Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr&May Fundraising mtg minutes on VLPNO website (On-Hold)

    • COMPLETE: Kevin to work with GBQ to submit missing filings to the State of CA

    • COMPLETE: Kevin to file missing 2017 Federal Tax Return

    • COMPLETE: Kermit to recruit VLPNO neighbor with insurance experience to review current policy

    • OPEN: Scott to send out One-PS meeting notes produced by Kevin via mailchimp

    • OPEN: Board to continue search for homes for MW2022 VLPNO Tour

    • OPEN: Kevin to follow-up with City on potential to add street painting of SLOW DOWN on Rose and Monte Vista AND STOP sign on West Crescent and Monte Vista

    • OPEN: New website committee to finalize website and establish launch date

    • OPEN: Kermit to print Block Ambassador tri-fold and provide Block Ambassadors with recruitment package

    • COMPLETE: Engage two more Block Ambassadors

    • OPEN: Kevin and Scott to work on export of members/address from Quickbooks excel to for tracking of memberships by household

    • OPEN: Gustav to work with Stan Boles on next steps with PSHS to potentially update VLP assessment of contributing homes for historical designation

    • COMPLETE: Patsy to reach to reach out to Brenda Mathews to see if she’s willing to join the Board

    • OPEN:Steve to obtain quote from Caitlin on Oral History recording

    • OPEN: Steve to identify critical path interviews for VLP Oral History

    • COMPLETE: Kermit to send out Calendar Invite to the Board along with a MSTeams meeting invite for July 1st Board Meeting (moved to July 1 as Kermit will be on vacation / unavailable on July 8th). Meeting re-scheduled to July 15th based on Board’s availability

    Introductions

    • The Board welcomed Brenda Mathews as a potential new member of the Board to replace John Vella who withdrew from the Board earlier in this year

    • Brenda introduced herself on personal and professional background.
